"The houses are beautiful and the bathrooms were clean. We had lots of rooms and of space! The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. It is super close to the beach, maybe 4 min with the car. There was the option to do laundry. The pools were great, but the small indoor pool was like a greenhouse with glass top and no shade. The big indoor pool was very fun for all of us, but the outdoor section was closed at 38 degrees in July! We had no ceiling fans or standing fans. WIFI did not work...

"Property and room were clean and buffet breakfast was good. The bed was very. comfortable and there was a great shower. Several issues on arrival and departure - noises in room next to us with loud voices and a screaming baby on first night. Room was too warm with poor air conditioning and sealed windows. Staff said they would resolve, but they didn’t. Had to pay a holding charge of £150 on arrival, which is now proving difficult to get back. Staff very unhelpful and unwilling to help."
