"Staff were friendly. We were only there for one night and spent most of the night at a concert. Room was infested with ants and had a strong mildew smell. The beds don’t have mattress covers, so we slept on top of the blankets. It did the job for the single night, but wouldn’t have put up with it had we needed to stay for longer. Parking was easy so that was a plus!"

"The first floor corner room is perfect for a handicap person.The room was spacious with 2 comfortable queen beds.The AC worked well.The pillows were ok, the blanket was too thin. There 3 towels given for 2 people. You have to take towels to office to exchange for clean ones.The office is open until 9p, staff were nice.There is coffee available in the morning at the office.No maid service during 3 night stay.Ice machine on 1st floor and you need room key to enter.Free parking anywhere.No assigned...

"We were unable to get towel on our second day at the hotel. We were given bath floor mats instead. On the morning we checked out, we left a pair of very expensive work boots in our room in error. We called the hotel at 9:30 am and said we would be back for them around 4pm. When we got back to the hotel we were told they were not in the room. No call no explanation. The front desk would not let us look in the room OR even call the room to ask if they could look around."

"Best part was that it was well situated and nicely priced for my purposes and the bed itself was OK. Not great were that hallways needed vacuuming (lots of trash), bathroom had damaged walls and the shower head leaked all night despite tightening, and the drawer with coffee/tea was dirty. Free breakfast was minimal. Overall, not recommended."

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. Only issues was I was on bottom floor across from the hotel lobby. Music played from their speakers (not super loud) and you could hear it all night in my bedroom. Also had a couple of beetles in bathroom. But it was raining and I was on bottom floor. Overall stay was good and 5 mins from Bradley airport."

"Good hotel but there were a couple of maintenance issues. The toilet rim was cracked. , which in itself is not terrible. The crack was very dirty. It was black and brown and looked unsightly. The toilet should be replaced. At the very least the crack should be cleaned better."
