1) Upon check, I was told that I could not have a room with a refrigerator or microwave because I booked third party.
2) The tv turned on but the channels were not displayed. I had to call the front desk to have him walk me through getting the channel guide to appear.
3) Approximately every 20-30 mins the tv would ātime outā and an internet connection notice would appear in the middle of the tv screen and it would not allow for you to simply click off. In order for it to disappear you had to click the input button or turn the tv off and on again.
4) There was a pile of old thrown out mattresses covered with snow near the dumpster.
5) Not the motelās problem but a strong smell of marijuana wreaked around my room.
Overall, disappointing stay.
