The host made our group of six very welcome and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the villa. The architecture is a credit to the owner, who designed and furnished it himself. Truly a stunning home."

"Hotel is not in Kandy and just a few local shops and restaurants are found on the street and all close very early. Pool did not look inviting due to the water colour not looking clean or fresh. Rooms were very musty and didn't feel fresh. Service from the manager and from eaiter Brian imporved our stay."

"Beautiful property. Well maintained. Appreciated the nature walk and yoga sessions. The thermal pool was great. However very poor value for money. The Sri Lankan food was bland and the food left much to be desired for. Although the food was well presented the flavours were lacking. No menus options, very limited juice options, most things are chargeable. Nothing was really offered. Staff responded to requests but had to ask for everything. Was disappointed. "

Buffet meals were good and at my visit this time Indian themed, due to majority of visitors were Indian. This was my second visit. I especially enjoyed tea and coffee in the outdoor private garden and pool area. The location was central and convenient. I always felt safe and welcomed. "
