"We had a wonderful family vacation from start to finish at the Princess Grand Resort. The property was beautiful, and very clean. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the entertainment was amazing! There were plenty of food choices although the buffet wasn’t always great, but there were lots of other restaurants to choose from for finer dining. I highly recommend the luxurious spa where I experienced the most relaxing massage."

"The rooms were very very outdated, myself and none of my family felt comfortable sleeping in the regular guest rooms, as the better rooms are within the timeshare, the regular room smelled like mold, or mildew, it wasn’t pleasant, it was bugs and dirt in all the rooms, just was not happy with the room accommodations and it would’ve been great to have different varieties of food: The staff was very sweet and friendly and that’s a plus."
