"This is a nice older Hotel they have done some cosmetic upgrades that look pretty nice.. The entire staff was super nice, professional and super friendly!! Thank you!!! The only issue which isn’t the hotels is at night the area get loud with cars racing outside on the roads, the unhomed do hang out across the street at the gas station.. but don’t bother you… my suggestion is to take some ear buds or ear plugs to wear at night! "

"The hotel was very clean and my room immaculate. I controlled my temperature and the bed was super comfortable. I took advantage of the pool and the fitness room which I was the only person in both the pool and fitness room. I enjoyed this one day break to myself for a little R&R. Breakfast was great as well everything very fresh. The only issue I had was the pool ran out of towels to dry off with and I had to go to the front to ask for more to be brought back. "I would love to have given 5 stars as the staff was remarkable, the kickback and breakfast were good and the upgrade was nice. However, cleanliness for me is important. In the bathroom there was long black hair all over the shower curtain and tub. The bathmat was stained. It is hard to overlook these items so I couldn't give 5 stars. Kudos to Marcus at the front desk - very friendly and helpful. "

"Our stay at AC Marriot Cincinnati was an excellent experience. The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming. Everything from check-in to check out was easy and enjoyable. The location is probably the best feature. Gameday for the Reds was so fun because we were able to walk to the stadium and then enjoy all the restaurants later. Definitely planning more trips here!"

"The Cincinnatian is a lovely hotel in a great area of downtown Cincinnati. It has old charm, staff with friendly service, and well maintained rooms and facilities. There is a great coffee shop on the first floor, and there is also a restaurant, though it was unexpectedly closed the evening we attempted to go. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again if we return to Cincinnati."
