"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

"The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly. My reason for not rating it 5 stars is that the breakfast options are a bit limited. They tasted good however. Also, my room was not cleaned even though my booking was for 2 nights."

"Checked in late and staff was very kind. Room was spacious. Shower was a little difficult to operate but was able to get it figured out, knob was loose so it was either freezing or burning hot until we got it figured out. Tv remote didnt work with channel up/down but we were not there long so it wasn’t an issue. Could input channels."

"This is not a 4 star. The rooms are sparse. No storage, no clocks, limited bedside table, the bathroom is the quality of a mobile home. The hallway carpets are dirty with obvious water stains. The room floors are cheap and dirty. Extremely limited dining on site but restaurants close by. The roof top bar was closed most of the time. The only good things about this hotel is location, the staff was very nice and the workout “room” was decent. The hotel needs upgrades…badly. The hotel is a 3 star...
