"In the first room 87 I think we had something underneath the carpet beside the bed. I did report it. I didn’t like having to take my bags through the streets to the room but could’ve easily been done by the people there. I didn’t realise that you had to go 100 yards down the road to go to the room. I would not have stayed that was three flights stairs up no lift second room number 77 same thing have to takeoff stuff out. Take it back to the Hotel and start all over again. "Enjoyed my stay at the Menai hotel, my room was a good size and clean and comfortable too. The hotel breakfast was very good also.
The hotel's location is in Upper Bangor and is not far from the railway station and near bus routes and not far from the town centre either.
The limited interaction I had with hotel staff I can say that they were pleasant and helpful.
Overall, definitely no complaints."

"Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean.
