"The only thing nice about this place was the courtesy of the staff and the amazing view. Had room where caulk was put over mold and had cracked walls. AC didn’t work and asked twice to fix. Raccoons took housing above our room so they moved us to another room that had no hot water. You only get two towels in your room and mini bar is 2 waters and 1 beer. "Great resort for families. Beach was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Pool was perfect for my kids, with three different shallow areas where they could play. The resort yacht tour was amazing and easily a highlight of the stay. We did the morning snorkel to Honeymoon Beach and it felt like a private tour. Easily accessible to see wildlife in nearby places. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here! Staff are beyond kind. Property is beautiful and natural. Rooms are large and contain everything you need. Samara is beautiful and offers a wide range of activities to do off the resort. Such as side by side rides, horseback riding, day excursions, scuba diving, and lots more! We planned a lot of them at the excursion desk upfront with Luis, he was wonderful. At the front desk of the hotel Diego, Donovan and Josue always were there to help with any and everything....
