"Property was very clean, and staff were very friendly. We had a great view of the ocean from our room. We did have an intruder (Racoon) enter our room through the balcony door and open the bar fridge and stole a bag of peanuts. We learned that we needed to keep our balcony door locked and not just closed! However, we will definitely go back! Food and drinks are a little pricey!"

"The location of the resort is great amazing views of Papagayo. The welcome was average and immediately they try to upsell you on rooms and ready to charge you to go to a better room. "I was at this resort in 2017 I really enjoyed it reason I decided to come back 2026. One thing I would say is there is no upgrades from the last time I was here which it needs to be but it was still nice."
