"I always enjoy my time at Blue Mountain. Spring Fall or Winter. The resort was lower in attendance because of weekend weather so we were able to get a complimentary upgrade which was a very nice positive for my son and I. Staff were friendly and professional everywhere we went. "

"Our room was lovely and looked very clean. The staff were very nice, and seems like young hockey teams use this hotel often as there are "no mini sticks" signs in the hallways! The night was quiet and relaxing for the most part. A great hotel for the price point as others in the area are pretty run down."

"This is our second visit to the Harbour. The early morning sun rise is spectacular! The drive to the mountains is less than 20 minutes. And the rooms are very clean. We look forward to our stay in 2027 "

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel the staff are wonderful, the room was clean, and the amenities were great. There’s also a fantastic restaurant on the ground level, Oliver & Bonacini Grill, with delicious food. One small suggestion would be to improve the in-room coffee to make mornings even more comfortable for guests. Overall, a great experience—thank you!"

"Closer than expected to Blue Mountain village. Well kept, and comfortable beds. "

"Despite Expedia advertising that the pool, hot tub, and dining room were open, we found out on arrival that all were closed due to renovations. The vending machine was also out of order. Worse, the strong paint fumes permeated the entire hotel, including the room. In -14°C we slept with the heat off and windows open to try and minimize the toxic smell. The staff were welcoming and friendly, despite working / breathing in paint fumes. They provided us with a brown bag breakfast in lieu of a continental breakfast. It would have been extremely helpful if Expedia / Quality Inn had advised us of the current conditions in advance."
