"The hotel had a great location literally on the Grand Anse Beach, across the road from a mall, supermarket and KFC. However I booked double beds and got one king size. The food was average and the room dated. There was also no charging port for 2 pronged chargers. I had a good massage. It was my 40th birthday and while I got a cake it was a goof thing I walked with my own candles. "

"Pool area great, wifi great. But only hot water in the shower. No housekeeping (asked for clean shower towels after 6 days of 8 day stay.) Not great amenities in kitchen. No wash cloths, dish cloths. Ocean view would be possible if it wasn’t blocked by parking lot. Issues with plumbing that gurgled spontaneously from both sinks. "From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service.
