"The room was very clean. There was very little conditioner left in the shower. I let staff know and he said he would let staff know. He appreciated me telling. Breakfast food and coffee were full and staff kept the tables and chairs clean and orderly. I would stay here again."

"The hotel was a good do nothing hotel. The problem I had is the locks were not very safe. It had a key button lock that the code never changed so any of the past residence of this hotel could get into your room if they want to and there was no permanent lock to lock to where nobody could get in no matter what the inside this should be addressed and fixed immediately very unsafe"

"This was an awful stay, we had two rooms as our elderly parent was with us. It was July 6th and the outdoor pool had not been opened. The rooms were ‘non smoking’ but smelled like cigarettes and the hallways smelled worse. The hallways were filthy, the carpet and floors in the rooms were disgusting. "I rented a suite from their for the weekend. The rooms were not clean was dog and cat hair everywhere Had to go to Walmart to buy a swifter jet to clean the rooms myself. The bathtubs were disgusting in all three of the dressers was still full of cat food and candy... Anyway, all in all, it's not happening about the experience and will not stay there again"

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Did not get a sofa bed in the room. Went to breakfast at 8:15 and there were mostly empty containers. This was not the fault of the employee. She was trying to keep the food stocked, tables clean, and run the front desk. She was stretched was too thin. We have stayed at this hotel many times to go shopping, not sure if I will book this hotel again."

"I used to stay at Red Roofs when I traveled for work. They were so much better than this one. In the room the paint was peeling off the ceiling in a large area. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so any odor came out in the room. There were 3 of us and there were only towels for 2. Got additional towels and they looked like someone had been working on a car with them. A lot of dark stains on them. Even the envelope for the room keys was used. "Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned."
