"Issues trying to get room cleaned. They only replaced towels, very little cleaning done. TV constantly didn't work. Either did room heater"

"Very clean. Really nice comfy bed. Shower awesome - hot and powerful. Staff great. Heating system not very effective and very noisy. Extra blanket provided though so turned off the heater. "

"We enjoyed our stay! VERY convenient location, great staff. Stylish accommodation with nice lounge/bar. The room we got was in the "quiet" back part of the hotel and it was indeed quiet. The bed was very comfy. However the room was incredibly tiny--we couldn't fully open the door to the room because it hit the bed. A very thin amount of space on either side of the bed. But it was inexpensive, clean, comfy and well-situated. Overall had a good stay and would recommend. "

"We Loved the people skills so beautiful your staff. Dinning was exquisite luxurious. Ficilities were faultless. The service of your valets was excellent. Loved the experience of the access lounge. For us because we are cleaners a little vac for hair in shower. Full water bottles up please. We wouldnt choose any other motel. "

"Great stay, always lovely staff and food and clean. Only small complaint is the tables in the room are not a good height to work at in an office desk capacity. I work from my room in between meetings and it can get uncomfortable. If there is a desk height table on request that would be amazing."

"Very good hotel in the city, very conveniently located just off the highway and without the need to get stuck in traffic. I arrived on a Sunday so I got to try the special Sunday Roast dining menu as well, very well portioned and nice restaurant setup. I also booked for the valet parking so it was really piece of cake checking in."

"Haka House Wellington - our whanau, 3 tamariki and mama have had the best stay. Our accommodation was perfect for us. Situated in a great location for our needs. Staff are friendly warm and inviting and such a pleasure to have had met them. Andreas' nga mihi koutou katoa. (Thank you all) I highly recommend Haka House Wellington.
