"What a mistake it was to book this place, although the fault is Expedia's as well as the hotels.
I definitely booked it for two weeks prior, when I actually needed it, but it came through as a booking for this weekend instead, and since it was non-refundable, I thought I might as well stay the night.

"Had such a lovely stay - was upgraded to a beautiful suite . I have been very ill and only just able to travel again and they left me a beautiful hand written card along with Prosecco and a little teddy . They went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay .
All the staff were so friendly and helpful . The champagne bar is lovely and the location is very central . It will 100% be our only go to whilst in Glasgow .

"Room was lovely clean & spacious, could do with a decent mirror/light for doing makeup though. Hotel staff were lovely, chatty & attentive. Location was great, only a few minutes walk from Central Station. Only real letdown was the buffet breakfast, lack of bread, solid black pudding, no mushrooms, tinned tomatoes & the scrambled egg was not great at all, no choice to have fried eggs.
Would definitely stay again, but would 100% skip the breakfast."

"The room was small but comfortable, although a bit warm at night. A small fan was provided. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size, good shower. The only thing the room lacked was some drawer space and hooks for hanging coats etc, although there was a rail with coat hangers. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. The hotel was located about a 10-15 minute walk from the main shops/restaurants but beware that Glasgow has hills."
