I cannot thank all the Ibis staff enough for being so kind and so patient! I needed lots of extra milk, my pup pooped in reception and I left my kindle in the room!! They were very forgiving and helped me clean the poop, gave me lots of extra milk and helped me arrange a Royal Mail collection for my kindle! All with good humour and a smile! It was a lovely stay and I appreciate the excellent service I received! Thank you x
The room was fine and staff friendly.
However when we went in for breakfast we were greeted by quite a few men who appeared to be boat refugees. We felt quite uncomfortable whilst having breakfast and left very quickly.
Surely this should not be happening in city centre hotels where tourists and visitors are coming ?
The staff weren’t very friendly on arrival and seemed bothered at times. As for the room it was fairly clean the bed was comfy. However, the towels had hair all over them and were stained.

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Within walking distance to City centre. Train station 5 mins away. Staff very helpful.
Budget hotel in city centre of Glasgow. A little bit feeling far from Central station due to going up slope to the hotel, but after settled we found the location is very convenient for eat and drink.
