"Expérience malheureusement décevante.
L’accueil a été assez désorganisé, avec des chambres encore en attente de nettoyage à 16h. L’hôtel ne disposait pas de climatisation, sans que cela nous soit signalé avant notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très inconfortable avec la chaleur.
Autre point important : l’établissement était présenté comme un 4 étoiles sur le site de réservation, alors qu’il est en réalité classé 3 étoiles depuis un certain temps. C’est un écart important qui influence...

No restaurant for evening meal, luckily Very nice restaurant open within short walk on Saturday evening we stayed there.

"The hotel is in a good location, clean and well maintained throughout although the rooms could do with some modernising.
Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep.
The breakfast in the morning was very good - nice selection."

"We traveled around France, and stayed at multiple places. This, by far, was the highlight. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful.
We opted for breakfast and I'm glad we did. It was superb. The hotel offered a wide array of items, including: eggs and bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt, sliced meats, crudités, and fresh pastries. Everything was fresh and nicely prepared, including the coffee, which was excellent."

"It was ok. It smells good upon entering the hotel and the staff are friendly. The good thing, its near a tram station.And the indoor pool is also a good additional amenity. But in terms of cleanliness, i was a little disappointed since the shower area can see a trace of calc. Also i thought there is a self service coffee and tea provided on the room, But it was just the machine. "
