"El gimnasio es del hotel pero al parecer se lo subarriendan a un coach que lleva su gente y parece romería. No dejan utilizar los aparatos a los huéspedes porque los tiene el apartados con la gente que él lleva. Uno reserva este hotel porque tiene amenidades para entrenar, pero nada una pésima experiencia."

"Beautiful hotel with a great view. Very nice to have the terrace bar for drinks and food - and I enjoyed cocktails from the bar in the lounge as well. Comfortable, clean room - ask for a room with a view - that would be fantastic. Convenient for the Alhambra, a quick walk. And a fun walk down to town. Breakfast is expensive but get it included - there isn’t anything real close and it’s cheaper to prepay. Very good buffet breakfast."

"Not up to par for a 4 star hotel. Bathroom tiles had black mould and I saw 2 earworms on my last morning there. Hotel comped my room service for this because I had photographic proof. However, I don’t believe that really makes up for these hygiene issues. Location is not bad, but nit that close to the tourist highlights such as the Alhambra, viewpoints, and Albaicin"

"Great location and accommodating staff. Very helpful in whatever I needed. I did however find the shower in the room very frustrating. Three separate levers needed perfect adjustment to get water from the correct apparatus at the right temperature. I was also a bit disappointed as the the dining options. Eating after 8:30 pm was not an option for us so we had only the breakfast area with a limited menu. "

"Bueno, el hotel está ubicado en un edificio antiguo muy bonito y como que están adecuando alado otro con habitaciones renovadas nos dijeron, está bonito, amplio, el servicio muy amable, el desayuno que nos incluyeron bueno básico. Caminando del centro pero no tan cerca. Nosotros en las mañanas salíamos caminado pero ya después de estar todo el día fuera, si está retirado mejor regresábamos en coche."

"Hotel was clean, breakfast was great and staff was really helpful! The A/C broke down and the hotel was quick to fix it. I love the neighborhood the hotel is in as it is located a little further out from the tourist center of granada and so you get to experience smaller “tascas” where the local community go to. The Hotel should consider getting a renovation "

"This was my fourth (4th) stay at Puertas de las Granadas and might just regrettably be my last. Every time I’ve stayed the service has gone progressively worse. Anywhere else I’ve stayed in Spain my experience has been exponentially different in terms of the level of courtesy from the front desk attendants. Every time I passed the desk throughout my two-day stay - not even an acknowledgment. It was quite odd. Aside from the bizarre disposition of the staff …despite having a manager present...
