"Clean, comfortable, but with the rooms surrounding the pool, it can be noisy and wet. The thing that turned me off was the bird cage kept outside the rooms. Not only is it unnecessary and cruel to keep creatures in cages for human amusement, these parrots squawk incessantly for hours on end. "

"I really liked my stay at Kekoldi. Staff were sweet, and the beautiful court yards were very relaxing. My one comment is that I wished they’d had ham for breakfast. Otherwise perfect! Lol"

"Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. "Beautiful spot.Micheal was a great host. Lovely pool and outside sitting area. Room had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Close to the grocery store. We were suprised that we could only pay cash. They dont take credit cards and they do not provide breakfast. "

"They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "
