"I love this brand of hotels; my only negative comment was when I swiped my key to go to my room there was a man standing in the room; my key opened his door; my name is Cori and that man’s name was Corey. He checked in a day early and the front desk only asked his first name and did not ask for ID and they gave my room to him. When I arrived the front desk told me I was already checked in - I did not check in online so I was confused. I went to the front desk and they apologized and gave me another room. Very creepy. "
