"The location close to the Accra shopping mall was great, it enabled me to buy internet access and other essentials that I needed for the start of my trip.The room was clean and well presented and the staff were very helpful. "The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note...
