"There was no room available even though they continued to post that they had two available. Their solution to a problem of their making was to suggest another hotel many kilometers away at my own expense and additional payment. They still haven't refunded my money that was paid through hotels.com. I take this opportunity to warn prospective travelers to stay far away from this hotel. It's a nightmare."

"The room was slightly larger than a coffin. The entrance to the shower was about 3 feet wide, I am not a large man but had to squeeze through the opening. When using the sink, water would run out from the base and, since the floor was not level, the water would run out of the bathroom and pool at the side of the bed. "The information about the space is inaccurate. Definitely more than 32 sq ft.- possibly wrong units. The Picture and the descriptors used: Deluxe, Studio and Suite are an overestimation. It is simply a studio. Telling it as it is reduces the shock you get when you are shown your room. My balcony was unusable as it has been converted to store broken furniture. Just discard the spoilt chair and keep the mops et al elsewhere"

"The accommodations were excellent. We appreciated Dorothy’s efforts to help us have a comfortable stay. There was some slight difficulty with communication regarding the airport shuttle so it’s important to turn your phone on right when you land. Also, the front desk is staffed by the apartment complex and communication with hotel staff is done on WhatsApp. When breakfast is included in the stay it’s brought to your room"
