"Friendliness of the staff"

"The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. The room had a balcony and hammock, overlooking the harbor and ocean. Daily housekeeping and fresh drinking water were provided. Breakfast was basic but adequate, as is typical of South American hotels. We had an afternoon ferry, so we had access to the pool, towels, and coffee and tea. There were two pools, and a pleasant garden."

She gave us timely information and organised the transfer of my luggage to Baltra airport whilst I was stuck at Isabela (due to tsunami alert). The food was lovely, both at breakfast and dinner. It is absolutely central and walkable within a 1 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and 3 min from the port, yet on a side street so peaceful.
