"The Finch Bay exceeded all of our expectations. The location is amazing and very convenient for seeing the sights and adjacent to a beautiful beach. The property is beautiful with magical little walk ways. The staff could not be nicer. They were incredibly helpful and cheerful and pleasant and made our stay even better than we could have expected. We booked a few tours through them which were great. The room was lovely, we had a pretty little balcony with a view of the water and the air...

"2 very small room suite without any Galapagos flair. Nobody helped with luggage to and from the room. No internet for the entire stay. Personell was kind of friendly but very cool and reserved. Asked for help to find a place and was told to use Google Maps. Breakfast not fresh prepared but dry and old. Next time will stay at Golden Bay Hotel."

Located on the edge of town but only $2 taxi or 20 minute downhill walk to central area of town. Other amenities - assistance with tours, pool, hot tub, bottled water on each floor, fridge in room, evening coffee and tea. "

"Excellent location! Walk off the ferry with your bags and directly to La Zayapa. I had a difficult time before arriving with payment link and WhatsApp. I finally figured out WhatsApp and called the front desk; no worries, they had my reservation and told me to just settle up when checking in. Breakfast was wonderful and the day we left on the 7am ferry, they had a to-go meal packaged for each of us on a table on the way out the door. They also have very reasonable full laundry service. We left...
