"全て良かったです。日本の良いホテルと同じくらいの体験ができ、また来たいと思わせるホテルでした。接客もよく、清掃もきちんとしている。文句がないけど、シャンプーの出が悪かったのは少し気になった※でも総合でめちゃくちゃ良かった。スタッフも優秀、こちらの意図を汲み取ってくれて、全力で対応してくれて、とても暖かい気持ちになれた。朝ごはんも美味しく、水の補給もしっかりあり、正直に言えば大好きなホテルです。"

"整體住宿體驗非常好，雖然有提前到達住宿點，但前台人員盡速的安排提早入住。雖然在住宿期間有些備品突然找不到，但是致電前台人員後都可以解決我的問題。客服人員Stephy與Yuna也都相當的友善。最後還可以安排協助叫車到送到機場未來有機會會再入住!"

"This hotel is next to Chating Metro station, and there are many public buses serving this area. Plus the friendly staff and clean room, it is highly recommended. I stayed 7 nights with my family of 3. If I visit Fuzhou again, I’ll stay in this hotel again. "

"They do not enforce on smoking regulations as guests smokes at common areas and in lift as well. Hotel staffs do not even bothered to regulate. Does not reflect Kempinski standards in any manner. Great hotel but poorly managed. "

"Great hotel and perfect location for me. I like being at the Mixc mall. Breakfast is not that good, they could upgrade that to the level of how the hotel feels. Also WIFI didn’t work which makes it challenging on a business trip."

"The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious. The breakfast buffet is great. But only the manager speaks English. This is the usual situation in China, so it is to be expected at other hotels too. "
