"Location, Location, Location. Did I mention it is a Great location? The staff were very friendly, but "Resort" amenities is a stretch. To be charged $15 to utilize the small pool area is really a joke. The room was nothing special and if it was an updated room I would hate to see what it looked like before. The kitchenette had barley any supplies to make a meal but I made it work. You get service wear for four, four tea plates, four desert plates, four bowls, silverware for four and two sauce...

"Charming hotel and a quaint, historic town. Comfortable hotel and well located. My only regret was I did not have more time to enjoy all the wonderful amenities of the hotel and more time in town. The hotel even left a welcome treat for my pet which was much appreciated. "

"The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was clean. Place was spacious. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the chairs and table on the balcony were not clean. There was a lot of pet hair about the space. Knives in the holder were dirty. I stayed here before and it seemed much cleaner and comfortable. Hotel lobby guys were very nice and helpful. Otherwise it was quiet and relaxing and an easy walk to the Biscuit Factory."

"Extremely clean. Well supplied kitchen. Screened in porch is best feature. Tons of pelicans to watch. Saw one dolphin. Would be a plus if the windows opened so you could enjoy the breeze. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Good location for exploring the area. "

"A perfect place for a quiet getaway, and also to host our nearby family to come over for a game day. The view of the bay is amazing. The place had everything we needed, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and the host was super responsive and helpful with questions. We will hope to be back here again!"
