"The only fault is the bathroom. Some still have bath's which is a bit difficult at 61. I did manage to get in but then found the soap dispenser is out of reach! Also there are no towel rails or hooks. The toilet seems too low down. However while checking out i was informed i could request a shower room next visit. Happy Days!! Everything else is 100% !!"

"It is in a great location near the waterfront, where you can catch the Hop On/Off buses, or the ferries. The whole area is very walkable. It is close to The Cavern, which is a must see if you are a Beatles fan!"

"The only bad thing that I have to mention was breakfast. I would expect more healthy options for a 4* hotel - vegetables, bigger variety of ham and cheese, grilled vegetables"
