"It was amazing. Although very far from the city and we had a cloudy few days, the spa, amenities and staff were amazing. Everyone was very accommodating and it was very easy to communicate with staff via Whatsapp or in person. The shuttle service was great, the booked tour with the hotel worked perfectly, restaurants were good and it was a great stay. Highly recommend a trip to Aito in the rovaniemi area. A perfect little escape"

"It is a bit pricey but the experience is great. We observed auroras every night. The foods included are good. They also have à la carte menu but you will need to pay extra. The igloo is a bit of walk from recreation but they send car to deliver our luggages and picked us up on the day we leave. We had a great time, one of a kind!"

"It was absolutely fabulous to stay in Santa Claus Village Igloos!!!! They were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bathroom looked brand new. The employees were nothing but helpful and very friendly. It was so cool laying in bed at night looking at the open sky through the glass igloo. Everything at you need to do or see within walking distance. The only way to see Santa Claus Village!! Highly recommend!!!!! "

"Fue un viaje en familia. Nos alojamos todos en iglús y viajamos con nuestro perrito. Está justo a unas pistas de ski y durante la noche no apagan las luces de la pista, lo cual hace que haya contaminación lumínica y el motivo del viaje era ver auroras (que alguna vimos). El horario de recepción, y por ende del resto de servicios de alimentos y bebidas, es limitado. Abren tarde y cierran pronto. El servicio de limpieza es bajo petición, y creo que debería estar incluido teniendo en cuenta el...

"イナリ湖を眼前に臨める素晴らしい施設だと思う。冬のイナリ湖は一面雪景色で、それも幻想的で良かった。朝食と夕食がオールインクルーシブだった。朝食はあまり変わり映えしなかったが、夕食は作りこまれていて、メニューも日ごとに違って大満足だった。子供が小さくてアクティビティには参加できなかったが、いつか参加してみたい。"

"Es un Hotel muy completo, que está en pleno centro de la ciudad, incluye desayuno y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y cuentan con calefacción, sin embargo el desayuno todos los días es lo mismo no cambian nada. Y si te esperas varios días te aburres de él. Todo lo demás muy bien, solamente al llegar la recepcionista, no nos atendía, y estábamos delante de ella como por 15 minutos, sin darnos los buenos días, hasta que se le antojó, nos atendió y nos volteó a ver.
