"This hotel is beyond. The service is top notch from reception, valet, concierge. I highly recommend it. First time I stay at a hotel where they had to take you from the lobby to your room but the experience was amazing. Santa Park is within walking distance and Santa Claus Village is only a 7 minute drive. The drive into Rovaniemi was also only about 10 minutes. The hotel is a bit on the pricey side but do not hesitate to stay there, it’s a once in a lifetime experience. "
