"My Igloo was comfortable and I loved watching the sky. I had two nights where the Aurora was visible at the edge of the earth. My 4th night the entire sky was auroras for 2 hours. Spectacular!"

"I love everything in this property. It was a fantastic and restful stay with my sister and bestie. The staff are extremely nice - Andrea, Mia, Tina, Omar and the other cook all very warm and hospitable. Even the drivers who picked up and dropped us off at the Kakslautannen bus stop are friendly. I will surely go back and visit the place with my son and other family members in winter time. They will surely love this place. Thank you for hospitality."

"The Hotel is okay for business trips. Parking spots are extremely rare, hard to find, expensive and very small. I stayed there for 4 nights, my room was not made up the complete time, maybe I missed something, but for this cost I would have expected someone refilling coffee and tea in the room. The rest is okay for a hotel of this cost, but not outstanding."

"The food was a highlight! Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and well presented. The culinary food workshop was amazing, the chef was a great teacher to learn classic Finnish dishes. The downside was the ‘off season’. Staff frequently said ‘something wasn’t available because of the off season’. 40 mins out of town and lunch was only available as a room order. "Lovely setting by the lakeside,although we opted to stay there to take in the Northern Lights we had cloud and rain through the night so rather disappointing. Superb breakfast included in our stay helped make up for it in the lodge like surroundings."
