"Experiência única! O quarto Iglu é maravilhoso, excelente estrutura e conforto. Várias atividades para fazer equipe de funcionários atenciosos e educados. Recomendo muito pelo menos 1 diária para conhecer. Único ponto negativo é que o hotel fica muito longe da cidade e eles cobram €11 por pessoa por trecho. Já deveria estar incluso na diária. Decidimos ir de Uber e gastamos o mesmo valor"

"This property has a great location, especially to the ports/ ferries. It has many helpful amenities. It also serves a long duration stays or apartments so there is a communal kitchen if you needed it. It has a modern / Nordic design. There is not much staff , you check in by yourself. Our room could have been cleaned better as we found nail clippings on the chairs and floors. Otherwise the property was great and perfect for our needs"

"Impressive building with stunning views from every window. Loved the pool and gym facilities. Room was well proportioned and I can't fault the daily room service. Great location for the ferry and it's a swift tram ride back to the centre. Highly recommend"

"Check in was very easy and room lovely with really nice toiletries, especially the body lotion. Problems only occured when all the lights and sockets failed. Luckily the TV stayed on! I couldnt find what number to call reception, so I had to wait until the next day to report it. I was told they were having problems on floor four and they could send someone round to fix it if I really wanted them too!!! I was checking out within a few hours, so didn't bother. It really did spoil the stay though"

"The hotel was well located. However the room was rather basic, with dull beige colouring. Parking was available but there were stairs to manoeuvre to bring our suitcases into the hotel. Breakfast had less of a variety than the previous hotels we had stayed in - and for the first time, there was a charge for a cappuccino coffee. My only plus was the hotel's restaurant where we ate an extremely tasty dinner. Overall, this was my least favourite of the five hotels we have been in so far in...

"totally love this place, it's so magical. it snowed heavily when i stayed there. the cabin was beautifully furnished and modern, clean and super comfortable. the floor was heated, even in the bathroom. the bed was super comfortable, that i slept so well. wish i stayed longer. the dinner buffet was very tasty, plenty of vegetarian and meat-free options for me. i skipped breakfast. Shuttle service to Levi town was something i needed since i didn't drive. most places in Lapland only catered to...
