"Very disappointing experience at Zephyr Ifrane. We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. A chemical treatment was applied once but the ants returned the next day even worse. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. "I did not get the room I booked, the bathroom smelt of sewage and the room standard was not good. I have since attempted to contact the property and they have not done anything to make up for this. The pool area seemed okay but I did not try this out"
