The housekeeping staff was especially sweet and friendly. The breakfast staff, on the other hand, seemed a bit cold and not as welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed the stay."

"We checked in and the first room had what appeared to be mold all over the bathroom, inside the little closet, and underneath the AC unit. When we brought it up to the front desk, the guy kept arguing with us that it wasn’t mold and was “just a water leak.” Regardless of what it was, it was clearly unacceptable and not something anyone should have to stay around.
