Resturant ataff had no idea what to do, got many things wrong. jad to wait ages to pay after asking time and time again. this happened everywhere. such a shame if the staff were trained it would be a perfect place to take your

"Had an unfortunate start on arrival when I was told the hotel had experienced a maintenance issue and they couldn’t give me a room until the following day as there was 100% occupancy. To but a long story short, I ended up having to share with my daughter, son-in-law and two infants. We all had a sleepless night. They diid refund us the first night but I didn’t have a room until after midday the following day so I couldn’t unpack or shower. There was no management on duty to deal with the...

"We enjoyed our time in the Grecian bay Hotel. The hotel is child friendly and very close to the beach. Many restaurants are located close by within a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff of the Aurora restaurant were very helpful and friendly, specially with our 2 years old son."
