"The staff were amazing, they were very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Like to mention Consantio, Themidis, Nico and especially the amazing Mirsini that seemed to hold the team together with her great charm. We would happily stay in Napa Hotel again. "This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are absolutely fantastic, the food was excellent for onsite buffet and restaurants and the hotel itself is in excellent condition. The only minor challenge was the pool was pretty cold but then again we were there in November. Other than that, a fantastic place to take a holiday. "

"What a fabulous hotel, I had two nights here as I was in Cyprus on an Emergency. I’m not good at reviews but here it goes. First and foremost, two ladies on Reception Maria and Klaus, what can I say other than friendly, professional, compassionate. Everything I needed these two ladies were understanding and outstanding.
