"Buona colazione e buona pulizia delle camere. Bella vista. Peccato per il trattamento in reception. al ns arrivo ci viene comunicato che la prenotazione era stata cancellata (4 doppie), solo dopo ns insistenza ci vengono proposte 2 quadruple...e di rimborso non se ne parla. Fanno finta di non capire ne l'inglese ne il francese. "
