"Las habitaciones son amplias y agradables pero el lavatorio no tiene espacio para nada, no un cepillo! El lavabo tiene calentador y jato de agua que no funcionaba. El desayuno muy desordenado y servicio muy lento para el café y huevos. Fue mi primera vez en este hotel en Cáceres porque es nuevo pero no pienso en regresarme a este."

We especially appreciated this after arriving late, having had to leave another nearby hotel due to there being no heat in our room. Despite not staying, that hotel still required payment, even though I was sick with walking pneumonia and needed a warm room to avoid becoming more ill."

El bufete bajo mucho calidad al incorporarse un grupo del Inserso. El Spa es incomodo para personas mayores. Se trata de un Hotel 4 estrellas que por falta de mantenimiento y limpieza no justifica esa categoría. "
