"We stayed on the 6th floor. We had a power cut for 35 minutes! I have never stayed in a five star hotel with a power cut! My wife was in the shower when everything went dark and this was terrible experience! I have expressed my utmost unhappiness with the front desk! I wish the hotel had at least an emergency power system or something similar!"

"Incredible place to stay. Nice coffee shop and restaurant with really yummy food attached to hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful and speak English. The breakfast is cooked by the restaurant and there is variety every day. They cleaned our room every day and we never had to ask. They are an incredible place!"

"This is a very convenient option for travelers staying overnight or for a few hours at the airport. We had 2 rooms booked for an overnight connection. Check in around 9 PM, and leaving around 7:00 AM the next morning. We were looking forward to a good nights sleep and a hot shower. We got neither. 1. No hot water. I mean zero. 5 minutes after we checked in, we receive a phone call from the front desk stating that there is no hot water. Why the heck did they not tell us while we were checking in?...

"I Yemi, enjoyed the spa we spent hours relaxing, was my second time here :) and birthday gift. also had some nice dinner at the kuriftu restarant along with the breakfast, thanks to my Robert S. :) hope to come back soon with him and my family, for a third visit once my boyfriend visits ethiopia from Vancouver Canada, thank you Kuriftu entoto, what an amazing place, Yemi, :)"
