"Employs were the key to making this anew excellent stay. Especially Zacharias the bellman/luggage porter....he was professional and very helpful. Tesfa, the rep from the restaurant was great as well. Rooms were clean, wellness center amazing but I would give the food a C-."

"Very nice view over the city and is one of the best places to sit and watch the lights of Addis. The room was functional and the water in the shower was hot which is a very welcome thing. The room was a little noisy as the balcony door was not sound proof so the stray dogs barked all night and there was no way to reduce the sound. The room was clean and had lots of space. There is an amazing Spa in the building which is well-recommended."

"I booked the hotel because it was close to where I wanted to be. I was surprised positively because there is little information about this hotel from local sources. That may be the reason why there were very few guests. The room I was given was not only spacious with beautiful view of the city on the side of stadium, but also was very clean and very quite. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The manager was responsive to requests I made. The house keeping staff responded in minutes...
