"Great stay in a convenient location. Building has everything you need. A kitchen, laundry room and somewhere to sit and eat. Great concept. Not like your standard hotel, felt more like living in an apartment building. The hotel's sister restaurant Lou Lou was great although it does get very busy which impacts service. "Rooms r not provided with electrical kettles. Not convenient if you need to make hot drinks like coffee in the morning or hot tea for soothing, even cup noodles nor cup soup just to ease that bit of hunger before heading out for proper meals. "front desk staff was awesome. very welcoming. had a one night stay but would definitely stay there again . the restaurant was amazing as well. the outside seating area was wonderful and provided us with excellent service.nice job."
