"Hotelli oli hieno ja loistavalla sijainnilla. Parveke näkymä merelle ja rannalle oli oikein ihana. Aamupalalle iso plussa ja respan henkilökunnalle sekä muille työntekijöille, paitsi yhdelle vanhemmalle työntekijälle, joka tuli näyttämään miten ilmastoinnin saa toimimaan, kun sen kanssa oli hieman hankaluuksia. Ilme oli sellainen työntekijällä, että taisi olla todella huonopäivä tai sitten aivan väärä-ala asiakaspalvelu tehtävissä."

"We loved it here! It was definitely an older property and the room was small, but it had what we needed. It was clean, and the amenities were great! We loved the pools and saunas. The walk to the beach was lovely. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We would return."

"I was very polite to the front desk. They corrected the problem . The room next to me was kicking they. I was polite ...NOW THERE IS A DIFFERENT PROBLEM.. THIS RUDE PERSON IS THERE ALL THE TIME. HE IS EXTREMELY IMPOLITE. HE IS NOT ESTONIAN, WHICH ACTUALLY MAKES NO DIFFERENCE. THIS IS THE ETHICAL, MORAL PROBLEM: THIS RUDE PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK, WANTS ME TO THINK HE IS AN ESTONIAN BEING RUDE TO ME, AND PREJUDICE....I SHALL BE ONLY BE POLITE TO THIS RUDE PERSON, ONLY BECAUSE HE WORKS...

"The price is right; the comfort is right. Even the location is right if you do not have to go to the beach everyday. (It's Estonia: when could you go to the beach everyday?) Grocery stores, retail outlets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. A bus or a scooter will get you into the center of town within a few minutes."

"Great location in this small cute town. We stayed 2 nights during a festival weekend. The room was fine with a very large bathtub without a shower curtain. The breakfast had lots of options and was really nice. The only issue was the wifi. We were in a room near the back (218) and we were not able to use wifi in our room."

"We were wary to book an automated hotel but everything went smoothly! The entry code activated exactly at the expected time (3pm) and every element of check-in worked. We could be completely self-sufficient without getting stuck at any point. The room was clean and warm, the twin beds were very comfortable, and we had a large window that opened in two different ways for air while also having privacy. The location was a very short 5 minute walk to the beach and maybe a 10 minute walk to the cute...

"Yövyimme torstaista maanantaihin ja siivoojaa emme saaneet kertaakaan respaan esitetystä pyynnöstä huolimatta siivoamaan huonettamme. Ovessa roikkui lappu jossa siivousta pyydettiin mutta hotellissa yöpyvät Pärnu Cupin pikkupelaajat käänsivät sen toisinpäin. Muutenkin valvonta allasosastolla olisi ollut tarpeen riehumisen takia. Samoin valvontaa olisi tarvittu käytäville jossa pikkupojat hakkasivat oveamme iltaisin. Ruoka ravintolassa oli todella hyvää. Emme suosittele yöpymistä Pärnu Cupin...
