"NO AIR CONDITIONING, I spent 3 weeks here working in Massy, the hotel rooms have no air conditioning, so the room was like a sauna every night, unable to sleep properly because of the heat, It is also right next to a busy train station, so there is noise late at night and early morning, "

"Signage very bad. There were 2 buildings close to each other. Owned by the same hotel chain. Difficult to find the correct hotel. No information provided to help guests find the correct hotel. Difficult to find check in. Intercom voices were very helpful. Over complicated process to check in. I was sent an email with our room code but email didn’t arrive until about 1 hour after we needed it. Had to use intercom service again. Apart from the above the hotel was good value for the price. "

"Every thing was really perfect staff very helpful. Only little thing that I wasn’t very pleased about is that we should bring our garbage by ourself outside the hotel it is not a big deal of course. But I was surprised because it is my first time to see such a rule in a hotel I highly recommend this hotel though."
