"Great Location for Stanstead Airport (short walk under a covered walkway to departures & arrivals) Lovely atmosphere, welcoming staff. Our room was small but perfectly formed, with great mood lighting and a nice clean bathroom with full size bath. We had an internal window overlooking the wine tower and bar area. "Surprisingly good given the budget price. Reception excellent with a very helpful lady that was bright and cooperative. Room a little Spartan but had everything needed bar a fridge. Pg tips tea and proper milk sachets not grisly creamer powder. The £5 parking fee came as a surprise, but otherwise nothing not to like."

"This hotel is fabulous, I booked late, arrived late and the staff were so helpful, the receptionist and the guy who offered to help us with our bags, they were very welcoming.. The room was lovely, clean and simple and really warm which was nice on a cold winter night. The Bed was SUPER comfy, our room had a shower. We didn't get to see the restaurant but will next time. We will absolutely be staying here again. THANK YOU."

"We spent 3 days at the hotel,l was so impressed with friendly staff nothing was to much trouble. Rooms were clean and bright a nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent so much choice. We had 2 evenings meal at the inn and wasn’t disappointed with any of them. I would recommend this holiday inn express as lm not easily pleased and l certainly was there.5*"
