"From the moment we walked through the door the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful, especially Claire on reception. The room was clean and fresh towels each day. The food especially breakfast was amazing and Emily in the restaurant especially was very helpful. Would definitely stay again. "

"The site is undergoing major upgrades and is about to close for a couple of months to allow this to happen. So allowing for that, we had a brilliant time. Understandably some things were not available or restricted, due to the works, but what we had we enjoyed. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, the food and drink was wonderful and the staff were out of this world. They all made our stay. Friendly, helpful, accommodating and entertaining. "Room was very clean. A big undertaking considering the building works outside. (There was a chute right outside my window. Brick and muck on the window sill outside). A very big well done to the Cleaner!!
Your Reception Team were charming, friendly and very helpful. Always smiling. Excellent!!
Breakfast, which was included, was very good, except the sausages - very poor quality.
I would definitely stay there again.
