"Beautiful view of the beach from our room with a nice balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. The pool was beautiful with lots of towel and delicious drinks from the tiki bar. Great access to the beach and couldn’t beat the location—near the pier with less traffic. Free parking in the deck was a plus!"

"This place good, second shift staff has excellent customer service , first shift - not so much. breakfast was good but super busy! Hard to pick from when there’s so many ppl.. we did pay extra for parking. We also got the wristbands to pool-hop from 3 other next door resorts- kids loved it! The rooms were huge but the bathroom was so small!! Hard to share with 3 other ppl . "

"Room wasn’t cleaned well, dirty towels refolded, spilt residue in fridge, dirty sandy tub, showers were cold, neither phone would work in the room. "

"Only one issue with room 1101 top floor for two days key card wouldn’t work at all maintenance did come up fast and we had many new re programmed cards made. Issues was with the door not closing and locking properly. After that issue was taken care of it was a splendid time at this resort. Great staff and great breakfast too fun times in the pool and hot tub. Short walk to beach. Highly recommended Mr Harrington "

"The breakfast wasn't good they served the same thing the entire weekend so I really don't know about another kind of breakfast they had chocolate waffles, eggs, biscuits, sausage and looked like cheese grits with of course cereal for the kids and juice. The room was clean which was a surprise along with the refrigerator as well and the shower and tub. The parking was fine, there was a lady there when I first checked she seemed a bit irritable"

"Room was clean. No way to toddler/kid proof the door so it just opens without a top latch. Security rushed us out the parking lot at 11:00am on the dot even as he saw us loading everything into the car. Food at the bar&grill was good but the serving sizes were NOT worth the price. My children ate adult size meals and were still hungry.. 7 fried shrimp and about 9 French fries for $18.99+ tax 😳 the staff at both the hotel and bar&grill were friendly."

"Parking was great, staff was awesome, the room on the inside of the location was awesome. Wouldn’t suggest staying in the exterior rooms though. When I had an issue with noise is was accommodated with ease. Close to the beach, shopping, movies and stores. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is great! Lots of places within walking distance in the historic downtown area including the music venue we were in town for. We'll definitely be staying again!"

"No room cleaning done in a 3 night reservation. I asked the house cleaner lady in the hall to empty the trash which she did not do and made me pump it in her cart and then ask for a trash liner. This is more for the property management to see and have training opportunities. "
