Locarion is good

The hotel staff were very slow in providing the extra bed which was prebooked. The bed was send only after my second call to the reception. Similarly on the of check out, the bell boys did not arrive despite calling for the services. we decided to bring our bags down on our own.

The staff and the property is top in class.

The ride to the hotel through the tea plantations on the resort jeep was incredible. The scenery is so beautiful. We stayed in the tree house. It was damp all the time- the bedding , the floors. I found that uncomfortable. Otherwise is was a charming room. it would have been good to have a hair dyer. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is excellent.

Our first impression in the dark night that we arrived in, was enough to blow us away. Tucked away in a sleepy town, Punnamada Resorts was a beautiful experience. There is really nothing much to do there, but we were more than happy to just relax and laze around the small resort and our double story house after a hectic pilgrimage tour around Tamil Nadu!
