"I believe for the Marriott name this hotel needs an upgrade. The pillows are awful, the bathroom, rugs, and furniture is dated. The linen also needs an upgrade. For family it will work for a quick overnight. The bistro was excellent and the staff very caring & professional. I was just disappointed in our short family time here. 😞"

"The staff was very nice and helped with problems. We had no coffee cups in our room. Also no tissues and soap. The soap holder in the shower stall was upside down empty. Also the reception for the TV was very bad."

"We had a great time on our trip, I don't think we would stay here again though. We could not check in until 3+hours after the check-in time (3 pm) because our room was not cleaned yet. I understand that there can be delays and staffing issues but I think almost 4 hours is crazy. The room was sufficient but certainly not "clean"."

"Have stayed here many times and keep coming back. It's not the Ritz Carlton but it is clean and comfortable and convenient for travelers. This time, the staff at the front desk was very busy but he still took the time to help me personally with two things that needed attention. They offer a good night's sleep at a decent price."

"The staff was very kind and helpful attorney questions that we had. The grab and go breakfast was anything but that. Each morning the breakfast was so good that it had us going back for more. The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from. We would absolutely stay there again."

"We go to Erie a few times a year...I have never complained until this stay. Tried this hotel for it's location. Location is great. Check in and check out clerk was very nice. We stayed 4 nights/5 days. Housekeeping never came. We ran out of towels after 2 days there was no tissues. Call to desk wasn't helpful.no towels by the pool 2 nights of our stay. Radisson needs to update this property and retrain staff"
