I tried checking out at 5:30 am but nobody was at the front desk I had to go to the other hotels front desk my neck and back are killing me from the mattress place was filthy I left early and canceled my plans because of barley no sleep and my neck and back are crippled I would never recommend this place to anyone I was supposed to check out today place is terrible the bar/ restaurant was great about the only thing that was good

This hotel is disgusting. The minute we got there we were unsure but when we opened the door to our room we were horrified. The window was so dirty you couldn’t see out of it. An old dirty white chair had red stains on it. The tub was filthy, paint was peeling off the walls. It smelled dirty. We immediately left. It was a health hazard. Expedia and the Quality Inn should be ashamed to be affiliated with this hotel. And they refused to give our money back. Doesn’t really matter because we would not have stayed for all the money in the world! And the pool was filthy.

This place was filthy! Windows look like they’ve never been cleaned. When we first walked into the lobby, there was an overwhelming musty smell. Probably from all the water damage in the place. The key card and door handle jiggled every time we opened the door. When I walked into the bathroom there were paint peels from the doorframe left all over the bathroom floor. The towel rack was ripped off the wall and it was stored on the closet shelf. The outlets were junction boxes placed on the floor. Floors were filthy…my feet were black just from walking on the floor. Cigarette holes in the blankets and sheets, in a supposedly non-smoking room. Peeling paint and water damage in the shower and above the window. Beer bottles left on the grass in the courtyard. One guest, took his dog to the bathroom in the courtyard, the place was supposed to be no pets allowed. Old children’s stickers stuck to the sink cabinet. Rusty old tissue box was also attached to the sink. The continental breakfast was make your own waffle, yogurts, cereal, instant coffee. The orange juice was so watered down it looked like water. There weren’t even spoons for the cereal and yogurts. At one point our key cards quit working and we had to get them reset. Worst stay I’ve ever experienced!!

Was the most horrific Quality Inn & Suites i EVER stayed in. 1st room we got, tub was half peeled out, filthy lamp shades, windows. Floor in main room was all pulling up. Had them switch us WITH difficulty. Room 2 better But still filthy. Mold in grout in tub/shower, a Cockroach running around in the tub, black beatle running in main area where beds were. Pulled table out between beds to plug in our charging cords, FILTH!!! Looked as if housekeeping just swept all the dirt and trash under the desk, so much more wrong too much to list. I will be calling asking for reimbursement of my 200+ dollars i paid for a 2 night stay in this rats nest! Do Not EVER use the Quality Inn And Suites by Casino in Erie Pa!

Nothing i would even like a refund! I felt unsafe, bedding a cigarette holes. The picture looks Nothing like the room. The pillows were small for a king size bed the bed dipped in the middle. You have to ask for house keeping, and anything for the bathroom.

There was no one at the counter when we arrived and had to go to the Econo lodge counter to check in. The entrance to the Econo lodge was disguising. The walls were chipping and the walkway to the room on the second floor was bad condition. There was stuff laying everywhere and very dirty. We also saw cats in the window of one of the rooms. When we got to the room, we noticed that the glass window by the door was cracked badly and the lights were on in our room like someone was in there. We turned around and went back to the counter and requested a refund which the attendant agreed with no issues. I would never stay there!

The door latch was broken and we therefore barricaded it with the chair and table for additional security reassurance. It took the toilet 6 flushes to remove the waste in it and with each flush the pipes shook the handicap handles significantly enough to where you could feel the vibration in the other room. It was so loud and surprising, it was laughable and somewhat entertaining - we just felt bad for any neighbors since it needed flushed 6 times. There was a buzzing noise outside the room that required us to use earplugs for true peace and the smell in the room was pretty gross. Now, with all that... I'm a hunter/camper who has endured way worse and this was the cheapest room I found in the area. Still... at $160... it should have been way better and even though the staff was polite and friendly and we didn't get robbed, no, I would never recommend this to anyone I know. I hope they can invest in fixing it up and making it better. I gave the same feedback to the manager and he responded so there's hope!

I didn’t like anything as the shower was broken, blow hair was broken, coffee machine, etc was all broken. It was not that clean either just enough that you would look at it and say it’s good enough to stay for one night.

The ceiling was falling down in the doorway. It was filthy. Smelled terrible. Bathtub had red and black stains and something sticky in it as did the toilet. The beds had BUGS of every size under the sheets and stains that looked bloody all over the mattress. It is not maintained at all. I called and booked another motel immediately and got my money refunded. I dont sleep with filthy mattress, sheets or bugs. It physically made us all sick just to look at that. Giving it a minus 1000 is being kind. I NEVER in over 30 years got a bad place like this from Expedia. I have now. Buyer beware. We felt bad because we saw a young couple taking 2 young kids in there and they did not leave. Always check bathrooms and beds people.

The only thing I liked about the property was the food at the bar and the staff at the bar . . The rooms were bad they smelled. The rooms were very dirty. The mattresses were very bad. They had dips in them stuff all over the walls. The mirrors were filthy. The floor looks like it has not been cleaned from the last guest The outside windows of the rooms were filthy. They were falling apart. The outside was bad. There were people who lived in the hotel homeless people .iThe breakfast was really bad you got waffles white Bread for toast, and cereal. There was no egg sausage anything like that the juice was watery. I would never stay at that place again.

The room was VERY dirty. Dust and dirt on surfaces. Fingerprints on the glass of the picture on the wall. Mirror and TV hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I lifted up the mattress and took a peek and there was a large stain. We left after realizing we'd never be able to relax there. Seriously, don't. There is a clean Motel 6 very nearby.

Overall the room was very dirty there were stains all over the chairs and bed coverings. the corners of the room had buildup in them. There was dirt and mold in the shower and the toilet didn’t flush properly, we were afraid to use it. The linens and towels had hair stuck to them. This was not a good experience.
