"Breakfast was good and the kids had a great time in the pool!"

"First room provided had hair in the tub, no hand soap or Kleenex. Front desk staff was very accommodating and provided a new room. Carpets and rooms a little dated but bed was comfortable. "

Parking was good - in a covered parking garage, and validated with the room key. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great stay! "

"The pool was outdated and hot tub jets didn't work. Overall cleanliness was poor. Whole hallways smelled of marijuana. Mold in showers, doors and handles in showers all falling apart. Hotel is very outdated, carpets, furniture and beds in rooms all had stains. All in all the hotel just left a lot to be desired and there are WAY better options in the area at similar price points."

"The first room we were given had stained bedding. We found hairs and dirt when we pulled back the sheets. Dirt on the floor as if the room hadn’t been cleaned. The second room we were shown by staff smelled of dog from the neighboring room so the staff immediately decided to take us to a third room. The sheets at least were clean but there was no hot water to take a shower and a bottle of shampoo that was left from a previous guest was leaking over the shelf in the shower. "The breakfast had plenty of coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt and juice. The eggs were dry and rubbery. The hotel room was clean. The bed was comfortable. 4 different pillow types made it easy to find some we like. The shower drain was clogged and backed up the water. The shower had shampoo and body wash, but the conditioner container was empty."

"The hotel is located near by shops and restaurants. It looks like they did some updates in rooms and hallways. The staff staff were very friendly and helpful. The one downside was that the bed was too soft.I felt like I was sinking so it was very difficult to get comfortable. On top of that our nextdoor neighbors were very loud until 2AM. So no sleep:("

"1. Phone in room didn't work. 2. The heat setting wasn't explained to us at check-in and by the time we realized there was an issue the office was closed (10pm). (And see #1) 3. Door key didn't work and had to change rooms. 4. Breakfast was advertised but turned out to be an unripe (green) banana, an apple, and an orange. 5. The lady at the counter offered a refund but the main manager stepped in and blocked it. "

"Pool was closed down for maintenance, the bar did not seem open. Breakfast opened at 7, so could not take opportunity to try in the morning before baseball games. Our room with the kids happened to be right above th ballroom that had a party booked that night, luckily the music did stop by 10pm. Was hopeful for more from Marriott "
