I asked if anything can be done or compensation offered to which she said the only thing that can be done if you are not happy with the room is to go to another hotel. "De appartementen liggen echt IN het bejaardenhuis. De buurt eromheen is verschrikkelijk. Met de handdoeken moest je echt 1 week doen en je kreeg echt geen nieuwe handdoeken als je erom vroeg. Appartementen waren zeer warm en er was geen airco of een ventilator beschikbaar. Het aansluitende terras zat helemaal onder de vogelpoep en was erg vies."
