The only reason in the first place to book Novotel Evry was the Tesla Superchargers in the same parking as the Novotel. Very nice stay in Novotel, although the rooms appear old. A rehaul of the hotel would be appropiate. Novotel used to be very nice and modern hotels 10-15 years ago, but now appears old fashioned and warned out

Generally a nice hotel with nice staff but let down by the restaurant. The restaurant was nice enough and the decorations/seating are was excellent but the food..... Super expensive but much below average. Several dishes on the meny was not available either avoid.

The property is dated, inconveniently located, no vending services, the entire laundry consists of 1 washer and 1 dryer the size that would fit in a two room apartment. The part of the breakfast that is supposed to be hot wasn’t hot on any of the 5 days I was there. I could go on but why bother. If you’re on business or leisure without transportation avoid this place. Although the service people were very nice.

Nothing wrong with the rooms or the reception, but the service in the restaurant hardly existed. Wrong food for 2/5 after a long time, they forgot our desert order and billed the food to the wrong room, despite us having written down what to bill to what room. You'll be fine if you stay there, but go out for food.

My stay at évry novotel

The service was okey, the staff were not available most of the time. We asked to have our sheet changed after staying for 4 days and they assured us that they would change it but when we came back the sheets were not changed. The room was comfortable, but they service could be better, the breakfast was not worth the price.

Cuando llegue al hotel me dieron la llave de la habitación 226, la cual he notado que estaba ocupada por otra persona cuando la adentré. Habían maletas, ropas y señales que la cama había sido usada. Volví a la recepción y me cambiaron de habitación pronto, pero esto es un serio problema de seguridad y falta de privacidad.
