"Beautiful pool and beach! I really liked that the water park area is separate from the main pool and beach, it made it feel more relaxed overall. The water park itself was great for kids; my 6-year-old had a blast on the slides, though it was a bit smaller than I expected. We upgraded to a beachfront swim-up room, and honestly, that saved our trip. The room location and convenience made a huge difference. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. Even for an all-inclusive, it felt very mass-produced and low quality—most of it was barely tolerable, and even the pizza wasn’t great. Service was also hit or miss. While we did come across a few genuinely warm and welcoming staff members (who really stood out), overall the friendliness level felt lacking. In the end, the upgraded room made the week enjoyable, but based on our overall experience, we wouldn’t return."
